How, if at all, would adenosquamous histology affect your coverage volume compared to squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck?

How would your neck coverage change (unilateral vs. bilateral, levels etc.)? Are there situations where you would cover bilateral neck for adenosquamous carcinoma whereas you would have covered unilateral neck for SCC?
