The absolute benefit of vaginal cuff HDR boost is small and 6 months delay would negate any such benefit.

I would not offer vaginal cuff brachytherapy more than 12 weeks post-surgery for adjuvant therapy.

For patients who have undergone EBRT and were indicated for cylinder boost, I would not proceed with the boost, as a hard cut-off, is likely the same 12 weeks. I would certainly prefer to do the boost ...
