How many days prior to surgery do you recommend stopping SGLT2 inhibitors and when is it safe to resume therapy?

Holding 3 to 4 days prior to major surgery is acceptable and is justified based on risk vs benefit profile. However, for procedures requiring moderate sedation, I would like to know your practices.
