How would you adjust therapy for a HER2+ breast cancer patient found to have elevated LFTs while on TCHP?
What do you do if LFTs are elevated after one dose of neoadjuvant TCHP (highest ALT >13 times upper limit of normal, normal bilirubin) with prior normal baseline and ALT remains >3x normal by C2D1? Normal hepatitis labs and liver US to date.

I would also recommend screening thoroughly for other hepatoxic drugs (e.g. tylenol or complementary/supplemental meds).
