Yes, if favorable phenotype, would do APBI.

You have plenty of options with early stage favorable disease - IMRT PBI, 3D PBI, IMPORT LOW mini tangents. Breast brachy even if the seroma isn’t prohibitively deep.

If they can tolerate prone, do prone.

If they can tolerate, can also treat in lateral decubitus position.
