How would you manage a high grade liposaroma in the inguinal canal after a non-oncological resection and tumor spillage?

If the tumor involved the spermatic cord, how would you treat? What field and doses would you use? Should the contra-lateral testicle be removed? Is exogenous androgen replacement necessary?
