How would you manage a patient with isolated metastatic high grade sarcoma to inguinal and external nodes in a patient with BRCA+ mutation?

This patient had resection of the primary, requiring multiple resections to obtain an R0 resection, followed by adjuvant radiation to the primary. They did not experience local recurrence.
