How would you manage a R1 resection of recurrent grade 1 spermatic cord?

Would you offer adjuvant therapy or observation following R1 resection of recurrent grade 1 spermatic cord? If you recommend adjuvant radiation, how would you delineate your target volume and what OAR dose constraints would you use?
