How would you manage a young patient who presents with ascending and descending aortic aneurysm requiring surgical repair with pathology suggestive of a new diagnosis of IgG4-related disease?

Would you treat regardless of whether post operative imaging suggests ongoing aortitis or would you want confirmation of ongoing active disease? Would you wait for a certain amount of time for repair to heal or initiate treatment as soon as possible?
