I agree with R0 resection and would echo postoperative RT if it is the only site of disease.

These patients should have resection when possible and I strongly favor post-op RT. Local control rates are very high with combination therapy and the prognosis is typically favorable. Careful attention to other port sites (while extremely rare) is also advised.
