How would you manage an endometrial adeno abdominal wall recurrence at the port site from prior laparoscopic surgery?

These patients should have resection when possible and I strongly favor post-op RT. Local control rates are very high with combination therapy and the prognosis is typically favorable. Careful attention to other port sites (while extremely rare) is also advised.

Resect if possible to get an R0 outcome.
