How would you treat a patient with an initial local disease (Stage II) with hormone positive, poorly differentiated disease (ER 26%, PR <1%), with lumpectomy pathology showing weak hormone positivity (ER 5%, PR and HER 2 negative)?

Would you conduct Oncotype testing or proceed with adjuvant chemotherapy given poor differentiation of disease?
