How would you treat a patient with ER/PR positive breast cancer with a single site of bone metastasis?

Is your approach different for oligometastatic versus oligoprogressive disease? If there is concurrent locally advanced disease, would you treat simultaneously?

I would still treat with hormone therapy and a CDK 4/6 inhibitor. Not clear if the question refers to denovo disease or not. Endocrine therapy is key, a CDK 4/6 inhibitor might best be reserved for resistant disease. These are hormone-dependent indolent cancers typically and an endocrine agent will be sufficient initially.
