I would try to get some more information first. Is this a cutaneous primary invading into skull, or a lesion arising primarily in the skull? Since this tumor has been resected, I would recommend oncologic resection with WLE followed by post-op RT. The surgical bed has been contaminated in this case with an unplanned resection, hence pre-op RT will likely not serve the purpose- most data comes from extremity sarcoma anyways and we usually...
