How would you treat an ipsilateral retropharyngeal node recurrence in a patient with history of early stage oropharyngeal cancer managed by surgery and no previous adjuvant radiation?

What target volume (node with margin only or include other areas) do you treat and to what dose? What if patient had previous radiation?

Any concurrent or adjuvant systemic therapy?

Would your approach change if the patient is elderly and not a candidate for combined chemo-RR?
