How would you treat intermittent hematuria post prostate radiation?
Some patients will go on to develop asymptomatic intermittent hematuria which can persist... In patients with scant hematuria, what's your routine care? Do you refer all patients for cystoscopy or continue to monitor if minimal/asymptomatic? Any other frequent monitoring you perform?

Agree with a general workup as noted above.
Would add: If possible, get off blood thinners for two weeks. Stop heavy lifting.
Sometimes finasteride is worthwhile. Delakas et al., PMID 11464120
In many cases, it will simply stop with conservative management.
