If using durvalumab/tremelimumab for advanced HCC, must the tremelimumab be given with the first cycle of durvalumab?

Would you add a later dose of tremelimumab in a patient with HCC receiving durvalumab?

• Yes, but only if patient has been on durva <3 months
• Yes, but only if patient has been on durva <6 months
• Yes, but only if patient has been on durva <12 months
• Yes, regardless of duration of durvalumab
• I intend to always start with durvalumab monotherapy first, and only add treme once tolerance is established
