In a patient with HER2+ metastatic breast cancer who is on the HER2CLIMB regimen for several months with stable disease, would you consider discontinuation of capecitabine?
The patient has brain metastases but NED elsewhere. After 6 months of Capecitabine, Tucatinib and Trastuzumab she has stable disease in the brain.
