In a patient with selective IgM deficiency who is completely asymptomatic in terms of infections, what is your typical laboratory work up?  

Is there any utility in further assessing for vaccine response to tetanus and strep pneumonia since this patient is asymptomatic and we will not be pursuing IVIG at this time?
