In patients with 3 or more positive sentinel lymph nodes who get a SLNB only, do you advocate for an ALND even if you are planning to treat their regional nodes regardless?

These patients were not eligible for Z0011 and represents less than 5% of the patient population in AMAROS. Thus, can you apply these two trials to justify omission of a dissection in these patients when treating with RNI?
