In patients with a VTE and venous stenting, how do you approach the anticoagulation and/or antiplatelet management?

For example, a patient with May-Thurner syndrome who has undergone iliac vein stenting. How do you choose with the vascular surgeon the type of antithrombotic therapy and the duration?
