Is APBI appropriate in post menopausal women with small, triple negative breast cancers excised with negative margins?

I'm not sure histological type or receptor status predicts where the tumor is likely to fail. My presumption is that triple negative tumors would have a higher recurrence rate - not that they would recur more likely outside the cavity. The past "suitability" criteria did not list a reference showing...
