Is re-excision of residual disease ever itself an indication for PMRT?

In a case where all of a palpable tumor was inadvertently left behind after mastectomy, and a surgical drain was placed beneath the residual mass, then subsequently removed, followed by re-excision to remove the disease, would this scenario prompt consideration for post-mastectomy radiation therapy?

The patient is in her 30s, with a 1.4 cm, grade 2 tumor of the lower inner quadrant of the right breast, with LVI.
