Is there a role for organ targeted radiation therapy (such as selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) with radiation microspheres) in the first line setting for oligometastatic colorectal cancer?

Based on abstract O-014 (preliminary findings of the phase III SIRFLOX trial) from the 2016 World Congress on GI cancer which revealed that a greater depth of response was noted in patients with hepatic metastases who received SIRT vs control group (PFS 20.5 m vs 12.6 m), is upfront radiation therapy being considered or discussed in tumor boards?
