Is there an indication for bolus in whole breast RT for early-stage invasive ductal carcinoma with micropapillary features?

If a patient presents with ER/PR positive, HER-2 negative pT1cN1 invasive ductal carcinoma with micropapillary features s/p lumpectomy, how would you approach subsequent radiation management? Is there an increased risk for dermal or lymphatic recurrence with micropapillary features on histology that would alter your approach?
