Is there data to support a 3 weeks regimen of panitumumab with maintenance capecitabine in colon cancer?

Although the most commonly used dosing for panitumumab is 6 mg/kg every 2 weeks, the serum panitumumab concentration was similar in the 2.5 mg/kg weekly, 6.0 mg/kg every 2 weeks, and 9.0 mg/kg every 3 weeks in the phase 1 study (Weiner et al., PMID 18223225).
