Is thromboprophylaxis necessary for all lymphoma patients treated with lenalidomide-containing regimens?

If so, what agents are appropriate - eg. aspirin, LMWH, warfarin? Is there data in lymphoma patients to support the use of the IMWG risk stratification employed for IMiD-based regimens in multiple myeloma?
