Should ovarian suppression be recommended to premenopausal ER/PR positive patients?
A recent publication of the TEXT and SOFT trials http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27044936 showed an improvement in breast cancer-free interval with the addition of ovarian suppression in women with high recurrence risk. What clinicopathological features would you consider? What method would you recommend for ovarian suppression?
