Should we be using DPP4 inhibitor therapy more for treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus given its outperformance in keeping glucose in range compared to other glucose lowering agents like glimepiride for patients who cannot afford GLP 1 R agonist therapy or SGLT2 inhibitor therapy?
