She would get chemotherapy for stage IIIA disease.

For RT, in the past, used to offer EBRT after chemotherapy but now, if surgically staged with nodal assessment, would favor brachy alone.

Institutionally, we treat with PORTEC-3 regimen for stage III endometrial cancers. This applies to women with stage IIIA endometrial cancers as well.
