What advantages does SBRT for RCC have compared to other ablative techniques?

Data for SBRT for RCC is promising but there is increasing literature on microwave ablation, radio frequency, and cryoablation. Are there any distinct advantages that SBRT has over these other techniques?

Mainly that SBRT is non-interventional. Recall that those patients who receive percutaneous RCC therapy have either declined surgery or are poor surgical candidates due to additional medical co-morbidities.
