What are the indications for adjuvant RT in yolk sac tumor presenting in the cervical lymph nodes?

Should RT be offered to ipsilateral cervical lymph node yolk sac tumor after neck dissection or only chemotherapy? If so, what areas should be targeted? Would the presence of ENE change management?
