What are the roles of whole brain radiotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery for hemorrhagic brain metastases?
Is urgent whole brain radiotherapy indicated for certain histologies such as choriocarcinoma from GTN or testicular origin? If SRS is employed, how should targets be contoured?

Most of the patients I see with brain metastases have primary lung cancer, so hemorrhagic brain metastases from primary choriocarcinoma is not something I see much.
