What are your recommendations for post-menopausal patients who would fit into RxPonder trial criteria (HR+/HER2- breast cancer, 1-3 positive LNs) and have already started on adjuvant chemotherapy?
Would you send Oncotype during chemotherapy if not sent already? Would you stop adjuvant chemotherapy if a prior Oncotype was 25 or less?

It would depend on where the patient is in the journey. If she is having problems with the chemotherapy, it might be beneficial to send in order to feel better if you are thinking of stopping chemo early anyway.

That is an interesting situation. You'd have to discuss RxPonder results with the patient (presuming that this hadn't already been done and been part of the conversation that led to chemo). For a post-menopausal, it might be worth sending an RS if you had a concrete plan for what to do with the resu...
