What data exist regarding treatment for facial erythema from dupilumab in children <5 years of age?

I am unaware of any data.

However, pre-pubertal children should not be producing enough facial oil to support the growth of Malassezia yeast, so there is no indication for use of anti-yeast medications in this age group as there is in adults.
