I concur with @Dr. First Last. We have used very generous fields in the past. Dishearteningly, most relapses continue to be out of field. I'd cover the primary site + inguinal nodes and get as much of the external Iliacs feasible while minimizing exposure to bowel. I'd try to maintain contiguous fie...
