What dose and volume(s) would you consider for a young woman with an axillary nodal recurrence from breast cancer s/p TBI as well as chest wall (only) radiation?

TBI was 20 years ago, chest wall RT was 8 years ago. The solitary nodal recurrence in axilla was resected, but with ENE+, PNI+, with no further surgery options. Would you boost the nodal area?
