What dose do you recommend in adjuvant setting following R0 resection of Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC) involving paranasal sinuses/nasal cavity and close proximity to eyes?

60 Gy to primary site and 50 Gy to neck with protons.

The patient should receive radiation and perhaps consider chemotherapy.

I would use 60 Gy to postop bed.

I usually give 40 Gy to subclinical nodal region levels Ib-IV and RO regions.

Unless tumor very posterior and there is no concern for level IB spread.

Standard constraints to all normal tissue....
