What dose fractionation schedule do you use to treat head and neck cancer in a patient with Fanconi's Anemia?

Patient's with Fanconi's anemia can have severe/fatal toxicity with chemotherapy and radiation but unfortunately can also present with aggressive head and neck cancers at a young age. How would you approach a locally advanced H&N squamous cell carcinoma in a patient with Fanconi's anemia?
