What dose of avatrombopag would you use as part of triple-therapy for aplastic anemia (ATG, cyclosporine and TPO mimetic)?

RACE trial (NEJM 2022) used eltrombopag, not avatrombopag. Avatrombopag is preferred in some cases for insurance, efficacy, or safety. Would you use 20mg throughout or increase to 40mg as is used for ITP?
