What factors would prompt you to offer post-operative RT in early-stage (T1-2N0) nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma?

Please comment on how you view risk factors such as T-stage, tumor grade, P16 positivity, margin status PNI, LVI etc. What dose/fractionation and volume (tumor bed CTV, elective nodal levels etc.) would you treat?
