What imaging surveillance do you do after SABR of oligo lung metastases?

Since these are metastatic patients I would recommend chest CT scans every 3-4 months for the first and second years. My local Radoncs like to get baseline pet/ct then repeat pet/ct after about 2-3mos after sabr, since, not infrequently, irradiate lung met may look larger after sabr from radiation changes.
