What incubation times do you use for PDT?

We have had good success with the zero incubation time + 2 back-to-back illumination cycles method described by Gandy et al. This method involves no pain and an overall shorter visit time compared to standard incubation protocols.

I use no incubation time for PDT which results in virtually no discomfort during the Blu-U. We then often double the treatment time with the Blu-U.

We incubate for an hour under occlusion. We do sometimes use topical numbing to reduce pain.
