I agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last. Broad, extensive, and posterior dissection of Tenon’s/conjunctiva. I also tie my sutures tight with minimal flow, and plan LSL post-op at about 2 weeks. I standardize my flap (triangle) and place the same 3 flap sutures. I use sponges (2 half circular cornea shield)...
