60 Gy/30 fractions if HPV negative.

50 Gy/25 fractions or equivalent if HPV-positive OPX.

The doses vary dependent on fractionation.

In the SIB-IMRT era of 30 fxs, our (MDA) standard dosing has been 60 Gy to the tumor bed, 57 to the operated bed, and 54 to the non-operated bed; if we were sequencing at 2 Gy, it would be 60, 56, and 50.
