Whenever you take care of a patient, treat that patient like they are the most important person in the world in that moment, and let them know it by your words and actions.

The most impactful career advice I have received is to do what you love. If you do not love what you are doing, then figure out how to bring back the joy to it or do something else. Life is too short to spend in chronic unhappiness.
Follow and stick with what energizes you and stokes your curiosity.
