What is the optimal adjuvant vaginal brachytherapy schedule when a patient is getting concurrent chemotherapy?

Is there any evidence that variation in schedule (once weekly vs. every other day in between cycles) can affect outcome? Does this vary with dose prescription (i.e. 30 Gy to surface versus 21 Gy to 5mm depth)?

We use the same 7 Gy x 3 prescribed at 5 mm.
