I was trained to administer rituximab (for MS) using a protocol of 1000 mg on D1 and D15, followed by 1000 mg every 6 months. I use an initial dose of 1000 mg IV followed by 500 mg IV every 6 months based on the regimen used in the RIFUND-MS trial (Svenningsson et al., PMID 35841908).
