Caution is advised if leflunomide or teriflunomide must be used in patients who are currently receiving or have recently received treatment with other hepatotoxic agents, such as statins.

Completely agree and the monitoring cited by Dr. @Dr. First Last should detect most, if not all, concerns about this interaction. CK levels can be measured in the first few months to look for atorvastatin toxicity particularly if muscle symptoms.
