I've treated a number of patients with alopecia areata with ritlectinib, and I've seen some very good success with it. It's difficult to compare the clinical trial data directly, but in terms of efficacy in the trials (and in personal experience), ritlecitinib is more like baricitinib 4mg than 2mg. ...

My experience so far has been basically the same. Some patients seem to respond more quickly than others. One patient developed urticaria on ritlecitinib which is reported.
