What is your preferred treatment for a resected composite hemangioendothelioma of the skin arising from a childhood hemangioma?

Tumor 13 cm on back with retiform and kaposiform features; all margins negative except one abuts inked margin; atypical cells with 4 mitosis/HPF. Additionally, is there a role for genetic testing particularly if the patient had a child with synovial sarcoma?
